Individual Personal Training

Personal training provides you with a program designed specifically for your unique needs and challenges, one that will meet you at your current fitness level and progress you safely and effectively towards your health and fitness goals through a series of manageable steps.  I will help you find a balance of fitness, nutrition, mindfulness, and connection that fits the ebb and flow of your life, and I will provide you with  the individual attention, motivation, and accountability to help you succeed.

On-going Small group training sessions:


Fit4: Challenge at Kinesio Physical Therapy Offices

This high-intensity cardio and strength training session is designed to provide maximum results in minimal time.  You can expect 50 minutes of heart-pounding, muscle-strengthening work followed by a relaxing stretch.  Challenge level will be modified to ensure appropriate intensity for all participants.  Space is limited, so reservations are required.   ($20/session)
