Building Strength with the Ones You Love

Time spent with family is time well spent.  Time exercising with them is even better!  Here are a half dozen reasons to open the door to the positive possibilities family training offers:

  • 1.  Unplug from gadgets and plug into the real world.
  • 2.  Be a healthy role model for those you love, instead of leaving them at home while you train.
  • 3.  Strengthen family bonds as you strengthen bodies in a fun, healthy atmosphere.
  • 4.  Carve out time in a busy schedule to prioritize health and family.
  • 5.  Allow your children to inspire and motivate you.
  • 6.  Encourage the ones you love to build strength, confidence, and healthy habits that can last a lifetime.


Training session will include individual and partner exercises adjusted for all intensity levels and a healthy dose of fun. Suggested age minimum 10.
